Day 1: Early start from Sofia with a transfer to Rila Mountains followed by a 6-8 hour с hike through the Seven Rila Lakes region to Ivan Vazov hut. A colorful day with hikes through forest first and beautiful views to the glacial lakes in the higher parts. Overnight in Ivan Vazov hut.
Day 2: Today we descend towards the Rila Monastery – another day of a full of panoramas and peaks 6-hour-hike. There can’t be a better way to end up the weekend than the visit of the greatest Bulgarian monastery with its brilliant murals! Transfer back to Sofia.
