I am sorry that this e-mail will arrive with you such a long time after our visit to Bulgaria. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated the holiday you arranged for us at such short notice. It was magical and we will never, never forget it. You gave us THE most excellent driver and guide for those 5 days. Kirril (spelling) was so kind, patient and considerate of our ignorance, and entirely professional, as well as being utterly charming. He was perfection!
