It was nice to see you in Sofia last week.   I just wanted to say how mucvh I enjoyed the holiday, which I shared with Sue Woolmans, Karen Roth and Margaret Field.   We all thought Bulgaria was a wonderful place, and I especially enjoyed seeing all the sites of interest, the churches, the countryside, the mountains, the palaces - the Rose distillery was fascinating, the people were friendly and the food was delicious.    I would recommend Bulgaria to anyone now as a good place for a holiday.

I think we were very lucky to have such a good guide and a good driver.   Boris had to drive us for miles and miles and he was always helpful and cheerful.   Peter was such a good guide - he knew a lot about the history of Builgaria and he was very kind in taking us to unusual places and pointing out things of interest.   They both spent a lot of time with us, which was quite a comfort in a country which we had not visited before.

The meal which you treated us to on the last evening was delightful - what a nice restaurant - and what good food !   It was greatly appreciated.   While realizing that there were one or two problems regarding some of the hotels, we were very grateful that you acted so promptly and efficiently in putting matters right - and we know that the difficulties were not your fault.   Likewise the mishap with the luggage container on the top of the first car - which was entirely accidental.   It was very unfortunate that Karen Roth's property was stolen - but no one can be held to blame for this, except the thief.

Please convey to your managing director how much the holiday was enjoyed - due very largely to the good services of Peter and Boris - and of course to you and to Bulgaria itself !   It will take me quite some time to come down to earth again !

Just a few lines to thank you for arranging our tour so well and providing us with such a careful driver as Bobby and such a competent guide as Peter. They were both very friendly and extremely helpful and they had a world of patience when it came of all our questions and the things we wanted to see. Having them with us made all the difference to our holiday, which we enjoyed very much. Also many thanks for the wonderful dinner we were invited to on our last evening. It was a marvellous experience to try out even more traditional and tasty dishes. We certainly have wonderful memories of our time in your lovely country and there is no doubt that we all intend to do some publicity for Zig-Zag Holidays, Bobby and Peter.
