yesterday, we went to Plovdiv and Bachkovo monastery, a tour organized by your agency and with Ivo as our guide.

Not only have we learnt a lot about the houses in Plovdiv, the monastery and its frescos, but we were also very interested to hear the stories Ivo told us about the Bulgarian daily live, the Bulgarian habits and Bulgaria's history.

We were very pleased with having Ivo as our guide: he is very polite and friendly and he is like a 'walking encyclopedia' with a very broad knowledge of all the topics that might be interesting to a Western European (or other) tourist. We would recommend him to anybody who has an open mind to get to know Bulgaria and its treasures in depth!

Furthermore we would like to thank and congratulate your office on the excellent service. We don't know the name of the lady we spoke to, but she welcomed us in a very friendly manner and she was patient and prepared to help and inform us. We appreciate the way she went through the contract with us, even explaining the conversion from Bulgarian Lev to Euro! And last but not least: we were pleasantly surprised of her English language skills, as most of the Bulgarians in the street only speak Bulgarian.

Tomorrow we are doing the Rila Monastery tour, also organized by your agency, but we are pretty confident it will be of the same quality. We couldn't wait however to let you know already how pleased we are with the service offered by Zigzag Holidays and the guide Ivo! We will send you an evaluation of the Rila tour later.
