Sorry I didn't come into see you at the weekend as promised, I was simply feeling too ill and although I tried to phone, your lines were engaged. Despite the illness that we all suffered at the end of the holiday, we all had a great time and everyone asked me to pass on my thanks to you and everyone at Zig Zag for all your help and hardwork in planning the itinery, you were all brilliant!!!

Everyone had a superb time in Bulgaria and the mountains were both spectacular and beautiful, I've included a couple of photos of the trip to prove that we did enjoy ourselves!!! We all had a wonderful time and a big part of that was down to you, so a really big thank you for all your hard work, it really was appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to someone and I'm happy for you to give my email out as a reference to other holiday-makers as you really were superb!

Please accept my apologies for not coming to see you, I really do feel bad after your hard work, especially as I wanted to thank you in person!
