Triathlon around Kardjali dam lake

Technical difficulty:  combination of 2-3 activities

Route highlights:  

Day 1: Transfer Sofia-Borovitsa hut, will bike the last 10 km to the hut (the road is very beautiful and it is worth biking), then we will build the camp in the hut area. Night in the camp under the stars.

Day 2: Kayaking day - after some instructions we paddle (gathering amazing views) to the floating pubs, where we can taste fresh fish for lunch. Then we head back to the camp either by kayak or by bus.Night in the camp.

Day 3: Hiking day - Chiliaka peak (1459 m) is the aim today - we walk by ruins, interesting rock formations and nice views. We can make the hiking day shorter or longer according to our preferences. Night in the camp.

Day 4: We drive back to Sofia with a visit of Perperikon enroute.

Equipment:  Sandals and trainres to have on while in the boat; Waterproof jacket and pants / raincoat; Sun hat and sunblocking cream; small backpack; walking shoes; warm clothes; 2-3 pairs of spare socks; light (torch or headlamp); mascarade clothes; food for 4 days; cutlery; Towel; Sunny mood.
