| “For The Nature” is a coalition of more than 30 non-governmental organizations and civic groups working to protect the protected areas and zones in Bulgaria and the remaining wild nature in them. The Coalition was created in 2006 when the leading environmental NGOs in the country saw that the only way they could oppose the deepening problems with the massive over-construction of hotels and holiday complexes and the legal violations along the Black Sea coast, the mountains and other protected areas was through joint and united efforts and actions. |
